We are seeking a tenured, successful Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager role is responsible for the development and maintenance of new clients in our niche markets. This is achieved through outside sales activity, qualification of prospective clients and the development of existing client accounts.  If you have a "hunter" mentality and are ready to join a progressive organization, we want to talk to you!
  • Develop a territory marketing and sales plan that aligns with the Company’s goals
  • Research and understand the markets and identify prospective and targeted customers
  • Qualify prospects, identify decision makers, make sales presentations and prepare proposals prospective clients
  • Meet with key decision makers to identify needs and present the Impact value proposition
  • Skillfully convert targeted prospects to Company customers, handoff to the recruiting and operations team for service
  •  Develop and maintain sales pipeline
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and sales forecasts for leadership team
  • Work collaboratively and supportively with the recruitment and operations team
  • Apply business planning processes in account development and make presentations, as appropriate, to leadership team
  • Maintain a balanced portfolio of business prospects and sales conversions in accordance with Company’s goals, plans, rates and markups
  • Attend community and industry association meetings/events/tradeshows to promote Impact

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • Three years plus outside staffing industry sales experience
  •  Experience in new account acquisition
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented—demonstrates the tenacity to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Polished presentation skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
