About the Job

•     Not only will you be defining and designing features that solve customer problems and delight the customers; you'll also be ensuring that the customers' experience during the sales, onboarding, support, and training stages are also of the highest quality.
•     Performing market research, including defining and analyzing customer segments, reviewing industry research reports, assessing strengths and weaknesses of competitors, determining needs by different specialties, and studying pricing and packaging options.
•     Working closely with leadership from all areas of the organization to design features and processes for company’s platform.
•     Collecting feedback by reviewing customer support issues, administering user tests, reviewing sales win/loss data, and visiting customers to study product interaction in their natural environment.
•     Preparing software design plans including product specifications, use case documentation and user interface wireframes.
•     Managing the customer experience product roadmap, including documenting product strategy and owning the feature backlog.

Job Qualifications
•     Demonstrated product knowledge. Clinical (healthcare) expertise is a MUST.
•     An opinion. Be passionate about the industry and/or technology and willing to share what you think.
•     Smart. We want a product manager who has strong business acumen and can use logic along with data to make decisions and drive product strategy
•     Be autonomous. We want someone who wants to get their hands dirty, execute any project without hesitation while also being the primary source of forward-thinking and visionary ideas.
•     Excellent product intuition. Show them what you've built that has made a positive impact on your users' experience, problems you solved and business outcomes.
•     Strong leadership. Tell them about a project you had to sell to executives, investors and team members that paid off in the end.
•     An obsession with keying in on the metrics that move the business and driving those metrics forward.
•     Proven experience in identifying and driving process improvements by streamlining workflows, automating redundant tasks, and maximizing re-use.
•     Demonstrated success designing and building remarkable products, from conception to completion. This includes not only delivering features, but also architecting processes to drive successful adoption and support of those features.
•     Great instincts and judgment; to decide what to do, and more importantly, what not to do.
•     Great people skills; able to negotiate with stakeholders and build bridges between different teams.
An Extra Dose of “Awesome” If You Have
•     Experience working for a SaaS enterprise software company.
•     Experience working in an expansion stage company.
•     A Bachelors degree, an MBA would be extra, extra credit.
•     A healthy obsession with ping-pong, Ms. Pacman or the occasional game of Jenga.
•     A great sense of humor.
